We leave these grapes on the vines for a long time, ensuring that they are exactly ripe. That's when we have to fight the Kangaroos to keep the best. Still, we maintain that 85% of this wine is our best Marg River Cabernet.

The development of this style Shiraz from Northern Margaret River under Mark’s keen eye and palate, is fast becoming a trademark of Swings. This Shiraz has subtle oak, heavy on the raspberry with the softness of ripe cherry. It is a more elegant style, but still has a ‘brightness’about it that is hard to ignore.
